This No-Added-Sugar Peach-Pineapple Mocktail is reminiscent of white sangria and mojitos—and packed with summery fruits and flavors. White grape-peach juice is naturally sweet, and here it’s enhanced by chunks of antioxidant-rich peaches and pineapple, both of which infuse the juice with tropical vibes (and add a fruity snack to boot!). Fresh ginger adds warm, earthy undertones, while lemon juice balances everything. Mint adds a final fresh, bright note to this mocktail. - For the best flavor, let the mocktail chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes (and up to 12 hours) before serving. The flavors will be more pronounced the longer you wait.
- If fresh peaches are unavailable, you can substitute them with thawed frozen peach slices. Alternatively, you can replace the peaches with blackberries or apples.
- There is no need to muddle the fruit for this mocktail; doing so will yield an unpleasant chunky texture.
- Before garnishing the drinks, gently smack the mint sprigs against your palm to release their fragrant oils.
Nutrition Notes
- White grape-peach juice is 100% fruit juice made from grapes and peaches. While we want to get most of our fruit intake from whole fruit, having a daily serving of juice is an easy way to get a serving or two of fruit. Nutrient-wise, the main thing juice is missing compared to the whole fruit is the fiber. But white grape-peach juice will still give you 100% of your Daily Value of vitamin C per serving.
- Peaches are a good source of vitamin C for a healthy immune system and glowing skin. The fiber in peaches (and pineapples) feeds your gut-loving bacteria, helping them to multiply and thrive.
- Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contains enzymes that help with digestion. It also has a diuretic effect, helping to rid your body of excess fluid and debloat. Pineapple is loaded with vitamin C and manganese, both of which are essential for a strong immune system.
- Ginger is best known for its ability to soothe an upset stomach. There’s also evidence that ginger can help ease arthritis pain, reduce joint swelling and reduce inflammatory markers in both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
