Are YOU Like Jennifer? – Private Label Fitness | Branded Fitness

A couple of months ago I had the chance to connect with Jennifer Crowley…
We’re building a state-of-the-art website for her studio.
Jennifer is a passionate trainer, coach, educator and a total career-driven professional based in Oregon.
Like all credible health professionals, she loves working with clients and helping them toward healthy lifestyles.
But let’s be honest—like so many health professionals, Jennifer didn’t get into this business to write blog posts, manage a website or keep up with digital marketing trends.
She got into this because she cares about people.
And that’s where things got stuck.
On our first call, she shared this with me:
“Every time I plan to write a blog or send something helpful to my email list, something else comes up. I either have a client session, an urgent call or I’m just flat-out exhausted. So, my online presence keeps slipping further down the to-do list.”
Can you relate…?
Jennifer’s story isn’t unusual. In fact, it’s the norm.
Almost every health and fitness professional we talk to says the same thing—they’re struggling to keep up with content creation.
We’ve found that most health pros have fewer than 300 people on their email list.
That’s not a failure.
It’s just what happens when you’re spending your time doing the thing you’re actually good at—coaching, training and teaching.
So if this feels familiar, know that you’re in good company.
👉 You’re focused on helping people, not becoming a marketer.
👉 You didn’t get into this business to write blogs, shoot videos or learn eCommerce.
👉 You’re overwhelmed trying to be a “tech person,” “content creator” and “coach” all at the same time.
This is where a lot of health professionals start looking for digital tools.
And that’s exactly what Jennifer did.
Jennifer gave it a fair shot.
She signed up for free trials on just about everything—High Level, Click Funnels, Kajabi, Mind Body, Wellness Living and more.
They were all packed with features.
But here’s what she told me:
“They’re all great and have tons of automated functions. But ultimately, they’re empty shells and I still need to create the content. And, then I feel like I need an engineering degree to operate all those functions. They make it sound so easy… but, it’s not!” 😥
At a trade show, she heard about PLF from one of the speakers and checked out our Ultimate WebSuite Digital Platform.
That’s when she said:
“As soon as I saw everything that came included, I had one of those ‘where has this been all my life?’ moments!”
We talked.
A few times actually.
And when she saw how much branded content and done-for-your functions she could use right away — and how little tech stress came with it — she jumped in.
She’s now a member of our “digital partner” family with all of this incredible content.
And her business is moving forward again even though her new website isn’t even up, yet!
Yes… yes I know this all sounds like a plug for our own products. And, I suppose it is.
But I’m also sharing it because I see so many good people—smart, skilled health professionals—getting sucked into complex “all-in-one” platforms.
They look exciting.
They promise automation, lead funnels and limitless potential.
But they still leave YOU to do the heavy lifting with content, layout and complex tech setup.
That’s the part nobody really talks about.
It’s the part that leads to so much stress and frustration among professionals who’ve lost a ton of time and money lured into what looked like such an “amazing deal.”
Our goal has always been different.
We want to lift that burden off your shoulders so you can focus on what you love — working with your clients and growing your business.
Granted, what we offer is not for everybody.
However, if a new website is on your “to-do” list and you want a real partner with 35 years worth of fitness business experience as well a team of tech geniuses – then, I hope you’ll take a look at our most popular “done-4-you” website offerings.
